No Cycling Company Does This (except maybe Castelli Cycling)

Lululemon Athletica has recently brought out a line of creative reflective clothing for runners called the "360° reflectivity."  I keep hoping Castelli Cycling will do the same thing for cycling.  Why have very few reflective bars on clothing?

We want reflective dots everywhere!!!  Please comment if you agree.  Castelli Cycling has one jacket that has large areas that are reflective with the Mortirolo Reflex Jacket that is new this year.  The grey areas are reflective.

Castelli Cycling Sizing Changes

Greetings!

Castelli Cycling has updated their sizing chart.  This is wonderful for race enthusiasts for purchasing winter gear that fits well.  A good cycling friend of mine suggested upper arm measurements would be useful, as well.  Although, I'm sure Castelli cycling thought this through as well.

You decide.  They've put up the Espresso Cups Set up on their general site but they are nowhere to be found for purchase in the U.S. online.  Although, in the UK they have been available.  Do any readers from the rest of Europe have access to these items?

Maybe, they saw our post? ( click Castelli Accessories) Probably not!  Hopefully, according to this article, there will be espresso cups available come Spring!

Have you heard the news?  It's true.  Castelli Cycling tests all it's new gear on men first and then, once it's proven to be good...sell it to women.  This is a smart business move and the wait and delay is worth it.  Below is the new Alpha Jacket for women. It's also Rosso Corsa!

Updated Castelli Size Chart

Welcome to Castelli Addict--where we hold the secrets to Castelli Cycling's sizing.  We will be filling this chart out over time.

Size for the Men's L shorts is from the Castelli Free Aero Race Bibshorts from Summer 2014. Men's Medium shorts are Style # L4060010 and Cut # 4241.  Size for the Women's M shorts are from the Scarabocchio shorts.  Please keep in mind that the sizing of some of the new gear for this summer (2015) is rumored to be more restrictive than last year.  Measurements of thigh size are with the measuring tape perpendicular to the floor.  Thigh circumferences E and F were added to the chart from Castelli Cycling as shown in green. Sunglasses added for a pro look.
