There is a new video released by Castelli on February 3rd, 2015. The best cycling videos are positive, encouraging and ignite some sort of competitive fire in the viewer. In fact, intervals are an exciting way to make training more fun.

The most creative part of the video is when the triathlete is watching her laundry and sees the spinning machine and door as bike wheels. Also, the bird chirping is nice. The link is below. Enjoy!
